GatorSktch Corporation was chosen to update the interior and exterior of the Florida Board of Realtors building in Orlando Florida. The design criteria included developing a timeless and contemporary look to the three main levels of the building while phasing construction to allow work to continue. The client wanted to add a branded image to the exterior, improve overall flow of the reception area, and consolidate business units. A budget of $1.1 million was established, however, due to economic conditions the project has been put on hold.
